 RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH FULTON & ROARK CANADA

• We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. please email canada@fultonandroark.com to initiate your return.
• Returns for Extrait de Parfums will only be accepted if the product is unopened and unused.
• Discovery sets are not eligible for returns or refunds.
• If you received an incorrect item or would like to make a warranty claim please contact us directly.
• Excessive abuse of our returns will receive a $10 restocking fee per item returned.
• No returns/refunds after 30 days.
• We only refund or exchange orders placed directly through our Canada website. if you placed an order at another digital/physical location, please return where the products were purchased.
• We guarantee all merchandise purchased through Fulton & Roark Canada.
  
• Please note that we do thoroughly check all of our returns and if the items are returned in poor condition a $10 restocking fee may be applied to your refund total.

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Vancouver, British Columbia. Most orders are shipped through FedEx, though some may be sent via Canada Post, depending on the package and location. We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $150. Orders under $150 will be charged $20 for shipping. Express (1-3 business day) shipping is available for $30 per order. 

Customers will receive an email confirmation when their order is received. 

If your order is missing items or contains damaged items, please email us at canada@fultonandroark.com and we’ll make it right.

We designed and built our Solid Fragrance metal squares to last. If yours accidentally gets damaged or becomes inoperable, please contact us. We will be happy to replace it with a new square, so long as it does not appear your square was intentionally damaged. 

If you’re not satisfied with any of our full-sized products, please contact us at canada@fultonandroark.com for returns within 30 days to receive a refund or exchange. We ask that you include a copy of your receipt with your order.
